Since this is a business to business website, all sales, once commited are final and binding. Items listed are subject to availability at the time of shipping. We reserve the right to ship products of alternate label of similar nature. As common in clothing line, every manufacturer adopts their own size chart. And similar size label products from different manufacturers may have different specifications.

All sales are final. If items shipped are not as per your order, you may return an item for refund or replacement within 10 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be in original packaging and accompanied by the packing slip. Please obtain a return authorization number before shipping back and, most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

When you send in an e mail requesting a return authorization number, we will provide you with a ship to address. You may ship back to that address, mentioning return authorization number on the address label. Items sent without return authorization will not be accepted back.
